HAVENWOOD FALLS – Today we spotlight another of our town’s youth, Jordan Woods. If the “fictional” accounts are correct in Somewhere Within, a book by Amy Hale, then young Woods seems to have taken an interest in the new Mills girl. Let’s get to know him.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Jordan Woods. I’ve lived in Havenwood Falls all my life and attend Havenwood Falls High School. I’m looking for part-time work, if you know anyone that’s hiring. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and I really like hanging out with Zoey Mills.
What is something unexpected that most people don’t know about you?
I don’t like bullies. I don’t know if that’s really an unexpected thing, but there are personal reasons behind the way I feel about people who bully others.
What do you love about living in/visiting Havenwood Falls? What frustrates you most?
Honestly, I’ve always felt trapped here and wanted to live anywhere but Havenwood Falls. Recently my feelings on that have changed. People that made my life miserable are no longer around, and people that make me happy are now close to me.
Where would you live if you could live anywhere in the world?
I’m not sure. Right now, I’m happy where I am.
Where’s your favorite place to hang out in Havenwood Falls and why?
I love the pizza at Napoli’s. It’s my favorite pizza in town. Great food, fun employees, and it’s the first place I took my girlfriend on a date, even though the night went a little weird.
What’s your favorite holiday/festival/special thing to do?
I love the 4th of July. We have a great fireworks display and there is always lots of delicious food.
You can see Woods on the Dragons’ football field next season. You can also read about him in Somewhere Within (A Havenwood Falls High Novella) by Amy Hale.
